DEVELOPMENT DISCIPLINE DELIGHT

Providing high-quality softball pitching and hitting education & youth development to players of all levels.

WELCOME TO

THE ACADEMY

Softball is as much a mental game as a physical one. As a longtime educator, Coach Yano believes in fostering a player's confidence, resilience, & love of the sport.

Paired with technical development in both pitching & hitting, players are set up for success whether their goals are to explore a new sport or aiming for college recruitment.

Based in Ontario, Oregon & the Western Treasure Valley, Coach Yano has brought a passion for fastpitch softball and youth development to girls and young women for nearly two decades.

What kind of player

DO YOU WANT TO BE?

Sports are a lifelong experience, regardless of the first or last time you stepped onto the field.

Grit. Persistence. Sportsmanship. Work ethic. Tenacity. Adaptability. These values are fostered in practice, put into action during game time, & carried on for years to come.

Coach Yano believes in helping athletes develop a character toolkit to meet challenges from the pitching circle, batting box, or out in the world.

A reliable teammate. A go-getter. A problem solver. A positive force on a team, in a classroom or community. Sports are a pathway for athletes to become better people as they enter adulthood.
